Auxiliarists working in logistics functions provide significant mission support for our response and prevention activities.

A variety of other duties, include support and logistics functions in the areas of international missions, interpreters, training and development, communications and computing, medical services, personnel, materials, financial, and emergency response.

Logistics functions specifically include:

Human Resources (HR) - Recruiting, training and on-boarding of new Auxiliarists, transfers, assignments to duty, mentor program, management of interpreter/language support personnel to various other mission areas, social functions, awards, and other personnel issues;

Training (MT) - Coordinating extensive and ongoing training for our personnel across each of our mission areas, and working with trainees on their qualifications;

Finance (FN) - Budget preparation and maintenance, management of the Flotilla's financial assets;

Materials (MA) - Procurement of materials and gear, inventory, check out to individuals, and ongoing maintenance;

Administration (SR) - Secretary and record keeping, preparation and updating of the Flotilla's emergency response plan, support to entire logistics function as needed;

Information Services (IS) - Input to and maintenance of internal computer systems, data management and tracking.
