Any hours spent by any flotilla member on USCG activities that are NOT logged in the D4H system need to be recorded and submitted to the FSO-IS. The primary method of reporting hours is through the online form. Hard copies are accepted only when necessary.
Please make sure that hours are submitted at least monthly, and that hours for a prior year are submitted by 10 January of the new year.
The following steps detail access to the online form. Steps 3-5 are for first time users only; if you already have a directory (e-directory) username and password, you may skip from step 2 to step 6. - In a web browser, go to: http://forms.cgaux.org/email.php
- Click the Online 7029 link
- On the left hand side, click the Obtain Password link
- Click the Sign up for Password link 5. Enter your Auxiliary Employee ID, Password and Home Zip code then click the Confirm Change Password
- Close the new browser window to return to Obtain Password window
- On the upper left, enter the username(employee ID) and password you just created, then click the Log In button
- On the left, click the 7029 Form Access link
- Read the form instructions, then click the 7029 - Beta 0.3 link
- Click the New button
- Enter your description and the hours (see Mission Category Descriptions below)
- When complete, click the Save button if you are not done entering hours for the month or click the Submit button to send to me.
Note: Hours are not received unless you click "Submit". Also, sometimes the cursor doesn't appear in the form fields, but it will still allow you to enter data.
